Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Strategy Manager to support its revenue team as it expands and scales for future growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to enhance team performance
Manage and support the operating cadence for sales initiatives and annual planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps and tailor programs for results

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in owning and implementing successful GTM strategies
Servant leadership approach with a focus on collaboration across teams
Strong analytical abilities to create models and align stakeholders
Curiosity and creativity in problem-solving and strategy development
