Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager for their
R&D Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead R&D financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting,
and reporting
Serve as a finance business partner to the R&D organization,
collaborating with the CTO and EPD leadership
Guide product margin forecasts and pricing initiatives in
partnership with GTM and R&D teams
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or
growth-stage tech startups
Mastery of forecasting margins and financial modeling concepts
Strong business acumen with experience partnering with senior
executives
Experience in a remote-first or distributed team environment
Knowledge of SaaS business models and subscription-based pricing
strategies
