A company is looking for a Senior Manager Performance Enablement
and Career Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy the performance management process to enhance
employee performance
Partner with HRBP and leadership to align talent management
processes and programs
Design and curate learning solutions that foster behavior change
and leadership development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in talent management, learning and
development, or HRBP roles
Proven success in aligning global learning initiatives with
business goals
Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the
technology industry
Familiarity with HR tools/systems like Degreed and Workday
