A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to lead efforts in

Key Responsibilities
Establish and execute talent acquisition strategies for healthcare
professionals
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing,
screening, and interviewing candidates
Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and enhance
candidate experience
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare
delivery roles
Experience in telehealth recruitment is preferred
Ability to manage multiple searches effectively
Familiarity with recruitment practices and employment laws
Proven ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced
environment
