Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Administrator III -
Orders & Billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage support case queues, ensuring timely
resolution
Perform high-level troubleshooting for ordering and billing
issues
Develop knowledge-based articles and establish best practices for
troubleshooting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
At least two (2) years of experience in a similar field
High-level experience diagnosing software and cloud product
issues
HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
ITIL Certification preferred
AZ/MSFT or other vendor certification is preferred
